I went to Dr. Chow at the referral of my GP, and I am very happy I did. He is busy, but when he is with you, he is "with you" and not doing 10 different things. He has done three surgeries on my feet, he has talked with me on all the options I had, and what would be done,( joint fusion, on one foot, bone spur and achilles tendon on the other ) he showed me all my X-rays and talked me about everything from meds, recovery to physical therapy. I am very happy with him and highly recommend him
After my several visits, I can say that Dr. Chow is a knowledgeable foot doctor that I highly recommend. He is very nice doctor that listens very intently to the patient and their condition. He does a great job discussing about the treatment options available and I really appreciate that as a patient. The staff at the desk were very professional and very friendly as well. Personally, I'm quite shocked by the bad reviews here because I had a completely positive experience with Dr. Chow.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews here. My experience with Dr. Chow, after about 4 or 5 visits, has been very positive. I find him to be a good listener, polite and able to explain things clearly. I have had to wait a little on a couple of occasions but nothing too long. His office staff is extremely friendly and efficient. His multiple locations are also helpful as I can visit the Manhattan office on days I work in the city, or I can see him in Flushing on days that I stay home in Queens.

I had hurt my ankle and tore a ligament. Dr. Chow was very thorough with his care and followed up with my progress. I had visited him a few times during my treatment and the staff was always professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chow. He's my go to podiatrist from now on.
